With extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams, navigating evolving clinical environments, and spearheading research and accreditation projects, I have developed a nuanced understanding of both the challenges and opportunities within healthcare.

My personal and professional growth has been shaped by a commitment to advancing nursing practice, fostering equitable access, and building strong, collaborative relationships across clinics, regulatory bodies, and the broader medical community.

Launched my nursing career, providing bedside care and leading multidisciplinary teams in specialized units for stroke, brain, and spinal cord injury patients, while also contributing to clinical research and code preparedness.
Progressed into management roles, overseeing clinic operations, research coordination, accreditation, and policy development—building a strong foundation in both patient care and healthcare leadership.
Directed non-hospital surgical facility operations, advanced research initiatives, and fostered key relationships with regulatory and industry stakeholders, ultimately inspiring the launch of Elevate Health to raise the standards of care for individuals and clinics alike.
