1. Overview

At Elevate Health, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting and healthcare support services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or subscription, please review our refund policy below.

 

2. Subscription Services

Annual Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your annual subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no services have been rendered.

  • If services have been provided, refunds are prorated based on the unused portion of your subscription, minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • After 14 days, refunds are prorated for the unused months remaining in your subscription, minus a 10% administrative fee.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for the current month; your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

 

3. À La Carte Services

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund.

  • If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of service delivery for review. Refunds or credits may be issued at Elevate Health’s discretion.

 

4. Enterprise & Custom Agreements

  • Refunds for Enterprise Solutions or custom agreements are governed by the terms outlined in your specific contract. Please refer to your agreement or contact us directly for details.

 

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Fees for services already rendered, administrative fees, or third-party costs incurred on your behalf are non-refundable.

  • No refunds are issued for missed appointments or no-shows.

 

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@lelevatehealthco.ca with your name, service details, and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

 

7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
